Is hereinafter referred to as User any person who accesses, views or uses the website saveurs-ditalie.com, hereinafter referred to as Website, for his own use or for a third party.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of French Law No. 2004-575, known as Loi pour la Confiance dans l’Économie Numérique (L.C.E.N.), the present legal notice is brought to the notice of the User.

Access, viewing and use of the Website imply the full and unreserved acceptance of the User of all the provisions of this legal notice and applicable laws and regulations.

In case of impossibility to access the Website, the latter undertakes to do its best to restore access to it as soon as possible. The Website can not be held responsible for any damage, whatever its nature, resulting from its unavailability.

 

ARTICLE 3 – DATA COLLECTION AND FREEDOMS
COMMENTS

When the User leaves a comment on the Website, the data entered in the form, but also its IP address, the referent and the user agent of the browser are collected to help detect unwanted comments or to search for a Gravatar profile, in which case the profile picture of the User will be visible publicly. The copyright infringement constitutes the offense of counterfeiting punishable by a fine of € 152,449.00 and 2 years’ imprisonment (I.C.C. – Articles L. 335). Additional penalties (closure of establishment, confiscation, display of the judicial decision) may also be pronounced.
